I don’t know if you guys changed something about the butter, but I’ve noticed that buying it lately it seems way different in a bad way. Most butter stays together this butter just easily pulls away.

This butter is the least buttery butter I’ve bought in my nearly five decades of life. It is extremely pale and oily. When heated in a pan it separates into water and oily, foamy solids. There is no butter taste and little salt. It is extremely soft right out of the refrigerator and within a few minutes on the counter it begins melting. I would not use this to bake with.

Very pale color and quite bland. Not very salty either, though I’m sure for some that’s a pro. I’d be able to get past that for the price, however it’s the texture I find very off. It’s quite spreadable even when cool, and it isn’t smooth and creamy like other brands I enjoy (Kerrygold, Land of Lakes, Challenge, etc). It reminds me a little of Crisco? It does not melt like any other butter I’ve used. When applied directly to hot toast, for example, it took upwards of 20 seconds to melt (and the butter was at room temp). Just very odd, and I thought it came out a little weird in the baked goods I used it in as well. I wouldn’t repurchase it.

Sadly it’s very bland butter even with the salt. I never thought butter could be flavorless. I made my some toast with this butter & couldn’t taste it at all. So if you like a buttery flavor then buy another butter.

This and Hannaford are my choice for butter. Depends on where I am when it's needed. Wonder if the are made by the same company? Prefer this to L o L as it has more flavor. Only the very expensive butters are a little better. So unless your a butter snob, buy this and save money.

I’m so confused why this butter has such high regard. I might as well eat Crisco. It’s completely bland. Absolutely no flavor. Maybe it would be fine for cakes but if you like butter and toast this isn’t the butter for that.

Something is happening with their salted butter, and it’s not good. As of late (end of 2023), the butter had become super pale, far more “spreadable”, and almost completely free of any noticeable salt. I thought at first I grabbed the wrong box. Nope. It says salted, but had a slightly more sour flavor, similar to unsalted. To me, this says the quality is slipping and that they are using cows that are being fed palmitic acid (palm oil supplements). Not great.
