Samsonite Omni Hardside Luggage Nested Spinner Set (20"/24"/28") Teal (68311-2824)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these cases about 2 years ago and similar to what others have noted here, the wheels break and get torn apart super easily. It is now impossible to pull the suitcase easily. 2/3 cases have this issue and they don't even get used that often. As far as I can tell, there's no easy way to even find replacement wheels for some odd reason. DO NOT BUY!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two lots of the 3-piece sets. One for me, one for the wife. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! After only a few trips with the cases, the wheels jammed and broke! Complete waste of money! I have two cases between the two sets that I cannot use because of the broken wheels. and it seems that replacement wheels are not available! I will never trust Samsonite again! I have since bought a cheap brand case that has withstood multiple trips without any issues!

One of the wheels disintegrated a few months after purchase through normal use. Of course, such damage to the wheels is not covered by warranty and replacement wheels are not sold. Essentially, the suitcase has become a worthless product.

These look nice, roll like a dream but the straps to hold your clothes in place are fixed length elastic. Loose elastic at that. They do not hold your clothes tightly in place so if you open the wrong side, everything falls out :(. I am used to fabric straps that loosen and tighten based on what you need and I pack neatly with the straps pulled tight. I hate them and haven't even left for my trip yet. Lesson learned; make sure to scrutinize the hold down straps before buying new luggage.

Luggage is sturdy. Not a lot of wear & tear on it yet. But it’s well made. Wheels roll easily.

Beautiful color but wheels don’t spin as well as I feel they should for a “spinner set”. Also having trouble resetting the lock code. Happy w/ my purchase however.

I love this set and love the color! I picked this set specially for the spinner wheels design and name brand! Going on a European Vacation soon and can’t wait to use them!!!

Can’t wait to use our luggage. We did have an issue with a surface scratch that Customer Service resolved.

I haven’t gotten to fully use them yet; however, they were exactly what I was looking for! The locking mechanism seems easy to use. They are already quite big on the inside, and I love that you can expand them a little more! The outside texture does make it seem like it’ll be pretty resilient to scratches. So far I’m very happy with my purchase! I’m looking forward to seeing how well they will hold up when I start traveling!

Arrived with the zipper broken before 1st use. I am going to presume this product is no good for travel if the zipper is already damaged! Promptly returned

Quality is good. TSA lock quality is okay. I will be using it in coming days. I can share move after one use.

Seems sturdy. The color and style stand out so easy to identify.

Good Quality though bags are a bit smaller than expected.

I like the color. Material looks sturdy. I haven't used it but I feel the grainy texture will help being scratch resistant as advertised.

Nice looking set and expandable, even though a hardside set. One side of each has a zippered mesh so one side doesn't fall into the other after loading them. Will try them out this upcoming week for an international trip, so we'll see how they really do.

I have used this 3pc luggage (burnt orange color) for the last 5+ years. It is amazing. I have taken it to around 15 countries and close to 100 flights. It has held up great and is easy to identify at baggage claim. I wish I would have bought 2 sets is my only regret.

The medium sized (middle) suitcase was slightly smaller than we expected. Its smaller than the medium from the other set we bought (Pivot 2). We have only made one trip since purchasing this set and we only used the medium suitcase but we were disappointed to find several scratches on the suitcase when we arrived at our destination. A few of the wiped clean but most of them are still there. This suitcase is advertised as scratch resistant and it doesn't appear it is. Other than that it held up pretty well, we didn't have any dents but this could be because we made sure to pack it full and we also used "x-straps" on the outside of the suitcase to secure the items and take stress off of the zippers.
