Either there is an issue with placement on the charger, or your phone case is blocking the wireless connection with the wireless charger coil = in a slower charger rate. Please remove the case and see what you get on the charging rate and you'll see the Fast Wireless Charging notification on your phone's screen. Then, you'll know that this issue is the phone case, not the phone or charger. Please call 1-800-SAMSUNG for tech support and they can help you more.

The Super Fast Wireless Charger Pad features a built-in cooling system with a fan to ensure fast charging. It is compatible with Galaxy S6 and later models, Galaxy Note 5 and later, all Galaxy Z series, Galaxy Buds+ and later, Galaxy Watch Active and later, as well as Galaxy Watch 3 and later. To optimize performance, remove any cases or accessories that might block the wireless signal, and disconnect wired headphones or charging cables, as these can prevent charging. Always use the original AC adapter and USB cable that came with your device, as using a different charger may disable wireless charging. Additionally, fast wireless charging is available only for devices certified by Samsung and the Wireless Power Consortium, so if you're using a non-Samsung charger, check its compatibility through the manufacturer or the WPC homepage. Keep in mind that Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
