Avoid this! Complete waste of money
Terribly designed. Does not assemble well, and seems far too deep for the TV. Magnets are extremely weak, and the connector pieces are tiny with poor snap fits.

Cheap plastic arrived broken
This arrived in an undamaged box with every single piece broken in half. It looks like someone broken them all before packing them. It’s thin plastic and the quality isn’t worth the price. I don’t plan to reorder.

Too large and needs more magnets
The bezel is too large and the bottom part falls off my tv. It needs larger magnets or more to hold it on.

Unexpectedly complicated install; pretty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The enormous box that houses power and media plugs is a largely unspoken detail of The Frame. For the TV to achieve its aesthetic potential, we had to make an even bigger hole behind the TV to house it.

Looks good and easy to install magnetically

Astonishing junk at a premium price
If I'd been able to see this before buying I wouldn't spend $10 on it, let alone $150. It's four plastic strips with magnets, and they don't fit together at the corners-- there's a gap on the diagonals which defeats the point of a TV meant to appeal to aesthetics. It makes it look cheap, because it is cheap. I should have paid attention to the other complaints here but I couldn't believe there would be such a difference between the quality of the TV and this essential add-on. Well, there is. Don't buy this. The TV itself deserves better. The Hisense CanvasTV includes a nice metal one at no additional cost. Samsung's laughing all the way to the bank selling this utter junk.

Worth the hype
This is our 2nd frame and we couldn't be more than happy with this purchase. When we get visitors they always have compliments on how esthetically pleasing it is and also the image quality. Some didn't even notice that this was actually a TV.

What an embarrassment to the Samsung brand to continue charging this outrageous price for a cheap plastic frame you could DIY much better for less than a quarter of the price and an hour of your time. Skeptical of the entire Samsung brand based on this joke of a product.

Is it cheap plastic??? Most definitely yes!!!!! Is it the single item that elevates this tv from an ordinary black, dead space on your wall into the finest art that blends seamlessly with your decor??? ALSO YES Assuming yours does not come broken, this is a MUST HAVE accessory for the frame tv (otherwise there are much better pure TVs out there)
