Q: Hello. Can this phone be used with QLink
A: sorry you're with Q-link; customer service is horrible. Try to 'port' your old number, Q-link told me they didn't have the capability. The FCC fined them $$ for not complying with the rules.

Q: Phone was not unlocked. It was an AT&T phone. How do I unlock it?
A: Not the one we purchased, it was still locked to AT&T had to return it and repurchase to finally get the unlocked version.
