It is a great phone, but from factory I have an issue with AOD, it is always very dim even after doing all the neccessary troubleshooting. Also sometimes I feel that adaptive refresh rate is not working 100%.

I bought this phone over a year ago brand new. It keeps freezing and restarting. It happens at least a few times a day, sometimes more. To be honest the camera is the only good thing about this phone. Performance wise, it sucks. I am in the middle of scrolling through an app or using Google maps and out of it just freezes and I have to wait for it to reboot to start resume what I was doing. This is not an uncommon issue with this device. I have read online hundreds of testimonials of people reporting the same thing, so I know it's not just my device. Samsung refuses to replace the phone. Overall it's a mediocre phone if I can't use it since it always crashes.

Thr screen is great and having the ability to toggle between screen resolutions is a great feature. The camera is also great for pictures. The S-Pen is very responsive as well.

Biggest gripe is Google's compatibility with the phone based on Google Assistant, it works but not well. Ink not sure if samsunds fault or Google's . That being said if you're ok without a stylus then it's a perfect phone
