Ashe 03 was very patient and helped me with restoring audio in the Pandora app. she helped me uninstall and restart the app which did not work and then we went into system settings and restarted the TV and that worked. I know have Pandora sound, Ashe 03 was very helpful.

Audio does sound cheap a no bass at all. Tried different sound profiles and options, but no good improvement was achieved. In sumarry: Image: ok. Construction: ok. Software: Great (Google TV Type). Software flow and operability: good. Sound: Bellow average. Sounds cheap speackers. Gaming mode, Good (image wise speacjking). We'll continue to use the TV and provide further feedback in the midterm.

The clarity of the picture is superb, sound is excellent, and choice of basic local channels as well as free movie channels makes this TV choice excellent. I am only on a TV indoor 4K antenna and receive excellent reception. I am not connected to pay cable subscription. TCL is an excellent choice for TV's. I have this in my bedroom and the 43" size is perfect.

The TV came very nicely packaged and there was no damage. The TV was easy to set up and the directions were easy to follow. It has a really nice picture, the colors are nice and crisp.

I like that I can easily choose between using Google TV settings and platform and my firestick. However, I don't like that when I use my firestick, not all the buttons on work, such as the volume and power button. I have only had this issue with this TV, not with my former one. I also don't like the limited color options, but the ones they offer do suffice and I still enjoy watching both TV shows and movies with their color options. Sometimes the TV freezes, but it is never for a long time, but I sometimes do have to turn it off and back on to get it to work properly. This has been a rare occurrence so far. Overall, I would purchase this TV but not pay a lot of money for it.

In terms of sound, it offers Dolby Atmos, which when paired with my surround sound speakers, sounds full and immersive! This TV has the Google TV Smart OS, so it offers the convenience of having Google Assistant built in. It includes a smart remote with voice control so I can choose the apps and shows I want with ease. I get access to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max directly on the TV menu. In regards to style, I really like how it’s bezel-less! It’s also rather lightweight at @15 pounds. It has3 HDI outputs, which is more than enough for me.
