Phone worked great for about a week. Then if got an automatic update and went on the fritz. I got a special discount because I bought it around Christmas, but I was forced to return the phone, then they wanted me to repurchase it, but i lost the discount. Ridiculous

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S24, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The phone's build quality is exceptional, and the camera screen is nothing short of excellent—it's like having a Samsung QLED TV in the palm of your hand. The software is a significant improvement over my previous S21 Ultra. Samsung has truly stepped up their game in terms of quality and performance. The user experience is smoother and more intuitive, making everyday tasks a breeze. However, I do have one suggestion for Samsung: better integration between mobile devices and the online web versions of their apps, especially Notes. This would make the overall experience even more seamless. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 is a fantastic device that I highly recommend!

I have owned Samsung phones for over 15 years, and the least is the Samsung S24 Ultra. What an amazing phone with so many smart features and such a beautiful stylish phone that's help me to get through my work load on call around the world with quick translation right there on a click of a button. I couldn't be more pleased. My last phone was note 20, which served me well, which I have kept. All Samsung phones haven't given me no trouble over the years, which is why I am still with Samsung.
