Everything about Samsung quality has kept me a customer. I am always trying to get others to switch especially when I see their cracked screen. I really love that there are options to purchase any of Samsung's products directly from the factory. Forever a fan

I had an s23 ultra, and should have just stayed with it. This one cheats you, so much so that I'm going to think long and hard before I buy another Samsung. The S pen no longer takes photos on a press. The front and rear facing cameras no longer let you zoom out for a good selfie shot or close up of a scene (the wide angle lens ruins this). The screen brightness is pretty poor compared to older models. Then there is all the "forced bloatware with ads" and this is only made more frustrating by big pushes to use the cloud and accept AI functions. Overall the biggest disappointment yet, with a very pricey sticker. I choose a1TB because I use the space but it's sad that I can't bring my own memory card. These phones cost 3x what they used to and the memory and battery are not user serviceable.

I really like this phone. I switched from the Flip 6 because I needed a better battery and this phone delivers.

Excellent phone. The most powerful phone Samsung makes as of this writing 8/28/2025.

The "newest" Galaxy stinks when it comes to attaching photos to a text. In the past you click on the "+" sign and choose from ALL your folders. Now it only takes you to a few folders. You must (1) Click + (2) Click "Gallery" (3) Scroll to and click "Folders" (4) Click the 3-dot hamburger (5) Click "Browse" (6) Click "Gallery AGAIN the (7) you can select the folder to choose your photo. That STINKS !!!

It was the most valuable decision to grand myself this latest S25 ultra. It's amazing with all the technology installed. Has a long battery life and I don't need to carry my tablet/ laptop with me anymore.

I have waited a long time to even consider another device as my Galaxy Note 10 Plus was the last phone built like it. Until now. My new device has all the things I want and need. High quality and optimal specs are just what ther are advertised as.

AMAZING, but bring back the lock screen from Note 2o ultra. I can't see any notifs or anything and they have been totally removed. I can only see a tiny icon for new emails etc no more message previews or alerts on the always on screen so what is the point of of AOD if it's just a clock and photo?

Loving my new phone I love the color as well but i wish yall had more different colors

Using your phone outside is now a whole new ball game. You might not even realize it right off the bat; you'll just be using it with no issues, and then a friend says to watch a clip on their phone, and all of a sudden you're wondering what happened. The screen is just as impressive. The Snapdragon processor this year is something special. I didn't imagine I'd see a phone without one of the cores less than 2.5. But you get one at 4.7 (which already blows me away), and the other six, I believe, are at 3.6. Good luck trying to find another device hitting those numbers in the next 5 years. You won't be sorry with this one; you'll be a part of the change.
