[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 Ultra is an amazing phone. The features it comes with have streamlined my busy schedule 10 fold. Everyday I wake up and the Now Brief fills me in on my day, the Galaxy AI gives me insights to my health and energy levels, I am never blindsighted by an event I forgot about. The Snapdragon Elite chip is as smooth as warm butter and always keeps me in the current moment. I've also found myself using the camera more so than I would usually, capturing my day to day and posting it for fun. The entire experience is completely streamlined, with DEX and Modes and Routines, I almost always have a phone setup for the occasion and never get distracted by unwanted notifications or in moment to moment activities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this device. I came from the 24 Ultra which in the past I haven't had issues. My 25 has been amazing! The camera, the usability, and Galaxy AI has made my life so much easier. I use it all the time for home and for work. In my home life I have used the camera a ton especially during baseball this season, both of my boys were always on opposite sides of the field so I was always able to watch both with using my camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the multi-task features samsung has. It incredible to be able choose how sound features are played when using multi-task. I usually use this devices for social media such as youtube, facebook, instagram, and surfing the web simultaneously. I also use it to navigate traffic to work while playing music. Love that we can set the sound setting on navigation to not interfere with music. Love all the customization on the home and lock screen as well. A few issues that I had with the phone itself it probably the heating issues. Sometimes the phone does overheat even though I don't use it for gaming. Could probably be one of the settings that was set to optimize performance? I did optimize it for performance rather than battery saving, so not sure if that was the issues or not. The other heating problem has to do with the system updates. When I update the recent phone system, it was overheating. The other issues is probably navigations. Could probably be google problem, but sometimes was told to follow a route that was still under construction.

I've dropped it a couple of times without my case on it and it doesn't even have a scratch on it. The titanium frame and gorilla armor are the most durable I've ever seen in a phone. The processor is lightning fast and it never has any problem handling even the most memory intensive programs. The Galaxy AI is extremely intuitive and helpful for so many different applications. Even things I had no idea I needed it for! Overall, I say this is the most amazing phone I have ever owned and, by far, the best on the market! Way to go Samsung! Another incredible product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recieved my Samsung S25 Ultra and all I can say is Wow. I enjoy the large screen and s-pen. I also like the updated camera and speed of the phone. I know it will make my days alot easier with planning activities and my day.

I bought this phone specifically for the camera quality. The enhanced zoom capability is awesome for when I go to concerts and the video quality while zoomed in is very good! If I'm in a group, people always ask me to take pictures because they know my camera quality is the best. The screen quality is vibrant and crisp and makes watching media or playing phone games really enjoyable. I also like the fast processing speed because I mobile game quite often & hardly ever encounter a lag. The stylus is a bonus that I wasn't sure if I was going to use, since my last Ultra was an S20 & didn't come with one, but I use it all the time! It's awesome!

Everything is so smooth, predictive, and EASY! The Galaxy AI is on another level entirely. I continue to explore the system and continue to be amazed at the depth of intuitive actions of this phone. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who's on the market for a new phone and would without a doubt purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very disappointed with my Galaxy S25 Ultra. I’ve experienced persistent issues with the camera that make me seriously wish I could go back to my previous S24 Ultra, which never had these problems. The main issue is with the autofocus. When I try to change focus while taking photos or videos, the camera lens starts to "jump" or reset. You can even hear the lens moving back and forth as it struggles to focus—often failing completely. As a result, many of my photos and videos come out blurry, and I end up deleting a lot of them. I contacted Samsung support shortly after getting the phone. While they were friendly and tried to help, they couldn't find a solution. They told me to wait for a software update, which I eventually received—but unfortunately, it didn’t fix the problem. At this point, I’ve reluctantly adapted to the issue and do my best to avoid triggering the lens jumping. But this is not what I expect from a flagship phone, especially when the S24 Ultra performed so much better in this area. Samsung, if there’s any way to resolve this or offer additional support, please help.
