Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 512GB - Blue Shadow

I went from a fold three to a fold 7 and I have to say I'm very pleased.

It's all that and more! Long and slightly less wide than my S24 Ultra, the dual screen surface on the inside more than makes up for the difference. Super light and thin, with a not so light cost, is worth every penny.

The internal screen failed after 2 weeks. When entering info for warranty, there is no option for a temporary replacement. You are just SOL for the estimated 2 weeks needed for repairs. After only 2 weeks there should be a direct replacement option

Honestly, I absolutely love this phone. The design, thinness, and overall display sizes are amazing. In its folded and unfolded states, the phone feels amazingly thin, yet still sturdy. The hinge feels different, in a good way. It's got a certain snappiness when opening and closing. This is unlike the Fold 6 I used to have which, while still acceptable in general, felt more mushy and didnt "snap" open or closed. Display brightness is pretty great, however, an anti reflective coating would have been nice. As I type this with an overhead lamp behind me, it glares tremendously. I find myself "tipsy turvy-ing" the phone to see move the light reflection around. Battery is OK. Not terrible, not great. I use the Light power profile since I'm not a super power user. Mostly some social media shorts and video streaming, so full power usage is not necessary. I'm finding that the Light profile is still plenty fast and I'm not experiencing any weird glitching or slowdown. I got just over 10 hours screen time and 14 hours of standby on a 100% charge going all the way to 0 (doing a battery calibration). Mostly FB and YT, with FB having more than twice the on screen time than YT. The exclusion of the S-pen honestly doesn't bother me, never used it on the Fold 6 and I never use it on my S23 Ultra, so its a non-issue. I traded in my Fold6 for a major discount during pre-order, so the price became super enticing. I loved my Fold6, but made the mistake of going to a store and checking it out in person. It was game over after that. About a month later, I am still smitten and absolutely love this phone. At home, I strip the case and play with it naked. The Fold7, I mean... Unless they do something radical with the Fold9 or 10, I likely won't upgrade for a while. I'm also concerned about the fact that the subsequent successors won't be as thin, according to some rumors. I love this thinness.

It is so much thinner and responsive than my old Fold 4 that I traded in.

Probably had 5 of these foldables. Tried others and kept going back to the Zfold. Love it!!!

I was kind of disappointed when I received the Zfold 7 in the mail. I expected it to be a little longer and the outer screen a little wider so needless to say when I did receive it, I felt cheated otherwise It is a nice phone. A step up from the original Z fold I first purchased. It was a tossup between purchasing S 25 ultra and Z fold 7. if I could I’d trade for the android S 25 ultra in a heartbeat.

Works great and was seamless to transition. Wish the batter life was better, but for all the tech in the phone, so far it works to my satisfaction. I would recommend.

Tried to buy a new one but it was open the shield skin when I get the phone. The phone was bending when I unfold

Excellent phone and I get they wanted to keep it thin but the battery life isn't great. I would definitely have preferred a little more thickness to the phone for it to last longer.

The phone is great, I wish the front was the same size as the s25 ultra, because some times is difficult to type or get a good view of anything, but other than that I'm happy with everything else,

Great phone i had the Z fold 5 and didnt thi g they could do better but i was wrong. Its lighter with a bigger screen.

Unimaginably thin. When closed, it's basically as thin as a regular non-folding phone! Works perfectly when closed, and when I want a bigger view I just open it up and it's a tablet in my hands!
