I will say the container is quite small and I wish it was a bigger size. The scent is okay. Texture is good for moisturizing the skin. I would recommend this product and I would buy it again.

When you rub it in it disappears so it’s not that bad but I think it is a little weird how dark the product is. Haven’t noticed the biggest difference with pain or bruise removal.

It has that cooling effect that feels so good. I use it on my knee and back where I have chronic pain and it helps just relieve some of it and kind of take my mind off of it. It goes on black but then after rubbing it in it becomes clear. It is slightly greasy so I do wash my clothes or blankets if I use it. That is probably the one downfall.

It helped a little bit, but nothing too crazy. I tried when I had a headache and it worked great! I will use it just for headaches or mild pain

It has a little bit of camphor and menthol in it, but it isn't overly stinky and it doesn't provide the same kind of icy/tingly relief that you get from most pain relieving creams. Arnica tends to work silently, relieving some of the inflammation. I used it on some of my muscle knots and felt some relief where the pain disappeared a bit, but I wasn't totally aware of it going away, either. I wish it did have more menthol and camphor for a more soothing effect. I'm still trying to figure out at makes the dark version of this ointment different than the original one, other than the color. The good thing is that it seems to apply relatively clear. It's a rather thick formula where it is more solid in the container than I would like it to be, but it makes it more portable.

Very light smell not even noticeable when applied but if you were to smell it has a lite scent. My lower back has been hurting me from sitting on the ground and wrapping gifts so I applied it and it really helped with the tension and ache. Looks like a thick gel but when you get some and apply it turns into more of an oil and absorbs really good. So far it’s helping my aches and sore muscles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Sanar Naturals Arnica Dark ointment from Influenster program. I was not expecting that the jar would be so small. As it contains Camphor the smell doesn’t seem to be that strong. I checked the expiration dates on the back and it got two expiration dates which confuses me. Seems like it wasn’t sold and they marked another expiration date on it. I am kind of suspicious about it.Due to this, Sorry to say as it’s a skin topical ointment I don’t want to take risk of applying it on my skin.

Super glad this came when I needed it. I add this ointment every day on my knee where I have discomfort and it’s helped alot by relieving some pain throughout the day. I would definitely purchase this again. Packaging was secure. And the scent is not bad at all. My mom would always put this on her discomforted areas and that is why she recommended I buy this whenever it’s needed.

It smells really good and has an amazing texture to give massages to any part of your body. The packaging is very nice since is easy to take it on any trip as well as easy to use. I highly recommend it to other ones!

Unfortunately this wasn't very strong or long lasting. If you have very mild aches and pains this may work otherwise it's not great.

Mothers skin at age 88 is very thin, bruises very easily. This product is like magic.

I couldnt believe how hard it was to find camphor blocks. And how expensive they have become. These seem to be doing the trick. I use them in tool boxes to keep metal stuff from rusting.

My mom use to put camphor in our pillow cases to ward off bedbugs. I bought it for my daughter’s apartment in NY to ward off mice. Put a couple near her radiators and in her kitchen cabinets under the sink. Works like a charm. Keep away from young children.

If you back feet pain even a lot of dryness this product is perfect
