SPOT ON!
Just the ticket. I have a video recorder with usb type A connection only, while my new computer has only thunderbolt connections. Use to use a Type C to type A adapter to transfer files. This SanDisk Altra Dual Drive lets me transfer files directly at near four times the previous speeds. .

Not all devices supported
Doesn't work with Oppo Reno 2f. Apparently, it does not support any Oppo device except Oppo Find X. This is ridiculous.

Good USB-C drive but not durable over time
The drive is very convenient as it offers both USB-A and USB-C connectivity which is great for transferring files between different systems. However, the slider is broken after 2 years and you can no longer slide the thumb drive out.
