A: Yes — the Sanoxy 3.5 mm braided male-to-male stereo audio AUX cable will generally work only if the airplane seat jack is a single 3.5 mm port (standard headphone jack). However, many airplanes use a dual-prong audio jack for their in-seat entertainment systems. If your seat has two small adjacent headphone holes, then a regular 3.5 mm AUX cable like that one won’t work by itself — you’d need a dual airplane headphone adapter (also called a 2-prong airline adapter). Here’s how to check what you need: ✈️ Single 3.5 mm jack → The Sanoxy cable will work directly. ✈️ Dual prongs → You’ll need a 2-prong airline adapter, then plug the Sanoxy cable into that.
