A: The cheese in Sargento® Balanced Breaks® products is a natural cheese which requires adequate refrigeration. If left out for a short time, the cheese is not unsafe to eat, though the texture and flavor may not be the quality we expect from our products. If it is been left out of refrigeration for several hours or days, we recommend disposing of the cheese. The fruit and nuts are still safe to eat as they do not require refrigeration.

What happened to Sargento? The cheese is disgusting has barely any flavor and is very powdery. I even bought their shredded cheese. Same thing very little flavor and powdery texture. Definitely not real cheese.

Easy, Quick Snack
