Description
The St. Honore Crown creates beautiful molds perfect for lemon meringue and key lime pie. Measuring 5.87" per mold with an 8.79 oz. capacity it creates pies and desserts large enough for small groups. The entire pan is 18" x 26" creating 6 Indents per tray. This is an excellent quality for bakeries that need to make multiple desserts at once. Sasa Demarle made this flexipan out of food grade silicone and glass fabric, this is beneficial because it insures better baking. Silicone has non-stick properties is an excellent at retaining heat. Finished products have a soft silky texture, perfect for a display window. You can use this product in temperatures between -40F to 500F, creating frozen and baked treats. To demold your desserts simply flip over if they are baked. If you have chosen to create frozen or gelatin treats simply bend the mold, to release them from their indent. We recommend this products to bakeries, pastry chefs, restaurants, caters and personal use.
