I believe mine was used or not packaged correctly, it seemed like it wasn’t enough ribbon to tie a bow on a baby blanket and make a bow on a gift basket so I measured it and it was 5 feet. So either someone used what they needed and returned the rest or this wasn’t packaged correctly.
