Stitching is poor and ears weren't fuzzy

I chose to return the flag because the stitching on the flag is poor, zigzagging along the sides. But the biggest disappointment was that while I was looking forward to the fuzzy ears, the flag that arrived did not have that. It's just flat burlap and it looks boring without the fanciful touch the fuzz would have brought! Evergreen did offer to replace it, but I just don't think the quality of the flag is as good as other flags I have purchased elsewhere.
