[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “installs in minutes”—Ha! Maybe if you’ve installed before. Printed installation instructions poor. Like removing plates if you have a circular faceplate—no words explaining this scenario. And then “install the chassis screws” with no parts list with naming of the various screws and parts. And parts mixed together for handle and deadbolt—ok, but give us “Doorknobs/levers for Dummies” a clue! And as regards the deadbolt—the adjustment to “twist the faceplate to extend” could be a bit more explanatory shall we say. Much profanity throughout the process, much frustration, but when all said and done—got it installed and thank God the keys worked. Phew—much deserved beer upon conclusion. I see there is an asterisk by the “life guarantee” claim. But see no explanation for what that means??? Whatever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked up a Schlage - Accent Lever Hall and Closet door handle in Antique Brass a few weeks back and I finally found time to install it. I took it out of the package and laid it out on the counter. After looking over the instructions, which were pretty straightforward, I proceeded to remove the old one. It only took me a few minutes to install the new one. It was very simple and easy to install. Now it matches the rest of the house.
