[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handle and lock feel sturdy. Metal is a bit soft and might be easy to mar. Installation was easy- replaced old Kwikset doorknob. It fit without any adjustments to the door. I had to switch handles in order to get the curve in the preferred orientation. The one on the keyed side gave me grief, because it was not intuitive to me that I had to turn the key in the lock to remove the handle. Went smoothly after figuring that out. Installation instructions were in the box, but I had skipped them, because everything else had been simple enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this lockset on March 28, 2024, to replace an interconnected deadbolt lockset that is no longer available. The instructions were straightforward to follow. However, the instructions indicate that the center-to-center spacing between the upper and lower 2-1/8" holes should be 5.5". The spacing between these two holes in my retrofit application was only 3". However, I was able to install this Schlage lockset via a few simple modifications. Hence, I suggest to Schlage that they amend their instructions to indicate that this combo lockset can be made to work even if the center-to-center spacing between the upper and lower 2-1/8" holes is only 3". I am very pleased with this Schlage combo lockset. It is a quality item with a very pleasing appearance. I am attaching two photos showing the entry and interior sides of the installed lockset.
