No mounting instructions and now it’s wobbly

The bar does not sit quite flush with the wall causing it to wobble a bit. It looks great though

Does the job well and looks beautiful. The mounting hardware that it came with was pretty crummy, however, and it’s not the easiest to mount flush out of the wall.

Bought two of these for my assortment of chef's knives. I've used metal knife bars but wanted the warmth of wood and these look great. The edges aren't eased so it's a harsh angle but good for the price. The magnets are decently strong, although my thin fillet knife slides right off. The biggest fail is the mounting design – two interlocking Z-shaped pieces of aluminum with one pre-attached to the bar and the other placed on the wall. The screw holds in the bracket are round so there's no ability to adjust placement so drilling VERY carefully is required to get it straight. The biggest issue is that the way it's designed the bar doesn't fit tight to the wall but instead has a couple millimeters of slop. When you remove a knife (especially a thick chef's knife) the whole bar rocks and wants to move. A couple well-placed felt pads solve the problem but it's disappointing that I needed to do this.

Rugged feeling but once hung we had to add grip padding to make stable and secure.

There is too much space between the mounting mechanism on the wall and the one on the knife block. The whole block jiggles and doesn’t stay flush to the wall. Not great.

Will not work at all if your wall is not 100% flush.

The mounting hardware is only 8 inches long. Why not make it 16” so the bar can be mounted to two studs? The L-bracket design lets the bar wobble easily when a knife is removed. The mounting hardware is aluminum and very thin. A screw was rusty as-received. For all these reasons I did not dare attach this product to my wall.

The strong magnet worked great with command strips to the side of the fridge after removing the metal bracket.

Bought the knife magnet and I like it alot. Looks very nice.

Block slides easily onto the hanging bar, but that is the problem. Block moves back and forth from the wall when you taking knives on/off. Can also easily slide left to right. Never had a knife block do this. Seems a bit dangerous based on what it's holding.
