A: Yes this is PVA glue. some ways you can tell are if it says "compare to elmers" then it most likely is. another way of telling is if the glue dries clear than yes it is.

you can't beat it for value however I bought these to add to slime and it totally made the slime more watery and less buttery which is okay but I just did not care for the texture. as I said you can't beat the price especially because I got these for like 25 cents a piece on sale, and if they're for children why not. but you must be prepared glue that is a little more watery than Elmer's or other brand names. I mean, their glue is half the price of Elmer's so you have to deal with a little more water so what. But, if you want thick glue this is not the one.

The absolute worst packaging i have ever seen, the entire order was thrown into 2 boxes that were both way to big almost no packing material was added to protect the items and note books crayons and glue was damaged in shipping, I sent a reply to an email about this and never heard anything back. These items were bought to donate ro a local elementary school and most are not u p to standard to donate, I will not attempt to purchase items like this from Target again, obviously there is no type of QA practiced within Target.
