Q: Can this be used to set a completed jigsaw puzzle? When gluing the back of a completed jigsaw puzzle, there’s nothing to “press together”, like the label says, ya know, so I thought it would be best to ask. Thanks for the help!

A: Elmer's Clear Glue is ideal for paper, cloth, and crafts. Jigsaw puzzles can be adhered with it; however, you should consider the weight of the bonding materials. For best performance, it is recommended pressing the puzzle onto the surface it would be bonded to and letting it dry. The glue hardens in five to ten minutes and gains full strength within 24 hours.

I don't know if this gallon glue is supposed to have a stopper or not, but when I unscrewed the orange cap, there was nothing. Also, the glue is watery than usual.

The glue was fine but it wasn't sealed and it looked like someone had used it and returned since there was dry glue dripping from the sides and the quantity lesser than usual. If I had seen it earlier I wouldve returned it.

I ordered online and picked up in store. This is a great price for this much clear glue. Of course it is for making slime with my grand daughter. No one in the Albuquerque area has this size of clear glue and no other store can touch this price. The white glue is quite a bit cheaper but you need the clear glue for a lot of the slime recipes. I have ordered online a few times and so far great service, great prices.

Horrible experience. I even chatted online and sent a message to customer service and it has been over a week with no response. Only sent me 7 out of the 10 I ordered and then they just gave me a gift card and said "sorry we are out of stock."Didn't refund me to my original payment. All 7 glue bottles were packaged horribly and just thrown in a large box. Box came damaged and I was extremely lucky that none of the bottles ruptured. I have ordered hundreds of gallons of glue from other suppliers and have never received such poor packaging as this one.

The quality of Elmer's Clear glue has significantly decreased. If you are using this glue to make slime, don't. It used to be super easy to make clear glue with the gallon container but now when activator is added the glue/slime turns into a creamy foamy mess. I am not sure why, but I am fairly certain Elmer's has changed the formula of the clear glue gallons to keep up with the increased slime demand. Elmer's needs to go back to their high quality product we all knew and loved.
