Scotch-Brite Greener Clean Scrubbing Pads - 3ct

I used to get the brown "greener clean" sponges but they're so difficult to find, so I settled for these and I hate them. The texture is horrid and scrubbing dishes feels really harsh, the scrub side is so stiff even after many uses so trying to scrub corners of anything is impossible because it can't be folded or squished into small spaces, and that combined with the shape makes them less comfortable to grip and use. These are still made from plastic (even if it's recycled) which still contributes to microplastics in the water and more waste, while the other ones were plant fiber which is much more sustainable. I came here to see if they still even make the brown sponges and they don't. I don't even like scrubbing my bath with these, forget my dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch Brite Greener Clean Non Scratch Scrubbers are a great alternative when dealing with tough messes. I had dried acrylic patio paint on my plastic craft table and this product removed it without a lot of effort. Normally I would use steel wool, but they are only single use and rust overnight. This product is superior by far. I can use them over and over. I can sanitize them in the dishwasher so they last even longer. They are comfortable to hold. They are durable and made with 100% recycled fibers for sustainability. Overall, I can highly recommend this quality item. I received this product free from 3M in exchange for my honest opinion.

They collapse and don’t hold up well. I hope they didn’t get rid of the previous ones. Those work so much better.

These were good for scrubbing dishes that were especially dirty- but otherwise a little hard to use for drinking glasses, countertops, etc.

They get lumpy after 1 wash and kida usless after, would not rebuy

These are lumpy and slip out of my sponge holder. Much prefer the original yellow ones which are easier to wring out and will stay standing on their side.

The scotch-brite dobie greener clean do a fantastic job at cleaning my stainless steel pots and pans without scratching them. The greener scrubbers feel rough to the touch; however, they seems to be gentle enough on my cookware for after repeated use, I find that my items are cleaner than ever without any sign of scratching. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant surprise.

Love these sponges!! No scratching holds dish soap and squeezes out so well! They never smell and I can use them in all my dishes.

I would give these negative stars if I could. I have been using donor for years and these r absolute garbage. After one use they completely “deflate” and are useless. Thought I was being eco conscious but they need to go back to the drawing board. Design is horrible.

Who knew sponges could be so exciting?! But these are. They’re super effective and I LOVE that they are white.

Love the original but these are not firm at all. They are squishy and make it harder to grip the sponge when cleaning. I just liked the white color better than the normal pale yellow. Will be going back to original until they are firmer

It’s nice that it’s more eco but I need to replace it 4x as often as a traditional sponge so I’m not sure that that is an improvement. Compared to their other sponge it breaks down faster, it doesn’t hold any soap and doesn’t hold its shape. I’ll go back to the purple sponge and hopefully they can improve this one.

They wear out fairly quickly and don’t hold soap as well as some other products

Got these because they were less expensive. Thought I'd give it a try.. However, I don't like it. Though effective for gentle scrubbing, does not absorb as well as other sponges. Does not hold dish soap. Will not be getting these again and may not even bother to use the other two.

Great cleaners. Does not Barbour bacteria or holds into grease, like sponge would.

Picked these up because my local target was out of the original scotch brite. I like the idea behind these but they get stained easily and will not come off no matter how much soap

I wanted to like these. I love the white color, fits my decor better. But they’re so different from the original sponges. The inner foam basically falls apart after just a few uses. If they improve them, I’d try them again. Until then, I highly recommend sticking with the original sponges

Weird texture, slow drying. I didn't even use it a week before the soggy diaper texture forced me to stop. Kept in a ventilated area with good drainage and the inner sponge holds water even after excessive wringing.
