Thick Hair, Meet Your New BFF
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a product I would typically seek out and purchase, so I'm a little surprised at how much I love these! I'm known for having tons of thick, coarse, wild hair. I also live in the super hot, humid South, so this hair goes in a pony quite often. Not only are these bands strong and durable, they're also comfortable. They do the job and do it very well. My favorite pro to this product is that I've noticed a huge decrease in shedding. They don't pull a wad of my hair out, like most other products of this type. They're also cute and sleek! I don't think I'll be going back to regular ole' ponytail holders after this! I definitely recommend this product, and at an affordable price point, why not?

Perfect for thick hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really thick hair, and it's super long as well (it's down to my waist), so I go through hair ties pretty quickly because they end up getting stretched out but these have yet to stretch out and the elastic is still like brand new. Also, they don't get hung or snag your hair, and they hold all day. Perfect hair ties!

A Thick Hair Girl’s Dream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In this household, although different textures, all the girls share the same … Thick Hair. These hair ties, thick themselves, can absolutely hold up for all of us. Sometimes so good it causes a little headache. Wrap with caution lol. The only con, is that they are on the smaller side so your unable to wrap / round that more than twice depending your hair type and thickness. Also, transparency… it states No damage. Their is slight damage. Due tho them being thick and wrapping around thick hair, there is some hair pulling. My little one has the finest hair out of all of us and these would slightly get caught in her hair and pull some out.

They hold tight and I have yet to break one like I have many times like the other leading brands. I have purchased more to keep in the truck and take along places. Definitely recommend to anyone having issues with thick hair and the other bands easily breaking.

These hair ties are amazing! I only wrap it around my hair two times and it has never pulled my hair out. I can’t recommend these hair ties enough!!

All the hair ties that claim to be for thick hair usually end up breaking but the Scunci Thick Hair Black Hosiery Hair Ties are the best quality on the market. They are soft so they don’t tear the hair and keep my thick hair in place all day. I truly recommend these hair ties to anyone that has had the same issues I’ve had with other brands. I promise you will love them.

Hair Gone Wild......
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE SCRUNCHIES! Now that my hair is growing out AND VERY THICK..the scrunchies are amazing to use daily. When I am at work or at home, I just grab a SCRUNCHIE and tie up my hair. Working outdoors, the scrunchies get used OFTEN! I work indoors and outdoors for hours on end. I love having thick hair but Working in the heat all day, you have to stay cool.

Didn't hold as well as hoped

I was excited when I heard that Scunci was making a hair tie made to hold thick hair and was eager to get my hands on a package. When I first used it though I felt that it wasn't a strong hold and definitely did not hold as long as I had hoped. I will be sticking with my usual hair ties.
