Q: Are these supposed to come without any cellophane of wrapping on the product? It is just sitting in the black plastic tray with the label across it but no sealing.

A: Our Sea Cuisine items are skin packed, a technique that involves tightly wrapping a transparent plastic film over the fillets, creating a second skin that conforms to their shape and ensures the product is securely encased. You can use scissors or a knife to carefully break the seal by cutting along the edge of the fillet.

It's a new staple in my home!
I was SHOCKED at how tender/juicy this was! I’d expected a dry, measly flavored filet but opted for the convenience of it. Only eating 4 stars as it’s not 5 star $40+ filet quality but it’s as good as it’s going to get at home!

Air fryer needed for best results
In my opinion, it needs to be cooked in an air fryer! I’ve cooked it in the oven and the crust doesn’t get nearly as crispy as I wanted. I cooked it in my Ninja air fryer- 390 degrees, about 15/16 min right from the freezer (I like the crust super crispy). The flavors are so delicious. I’m sure there are healthier fish option but it is quick and convenient if you don’t have time to prepare a meal from scratch.

They used to have a really good Mediterranean crusted salmon—This is not it! Soggy and gross. The overpowering taste of lemons ruins the entire dish. Notably, it says nothing about lemons in the ingredients list and yet it is so sour as to be unenjoyable. Slightly more palatable if you scrape the breading off. The only reason I give it two stars is because it is easy to cook and the salmon at least turns out well (not dry, good flavor when not in this coating) every time.

Fast, affordable and isnt bone dry
it’s a nice 30 minute dinner that is more affordable than other options. It’s seasoning is an ambiguous herbal/semi-Italian taste which I found nice :) for two people you can make a fast little to no clean up dinner with it for under 10 dollars.

just average with soggy crust on one side
I don’t regret spending money on it but it had no flavor. The crust on one side always remained a bit soggy despite flipping it halfway through, reminded of bread. The fish itself was not juicy at all, I cooked the first one as usual (I have air fried other salmon filets) but it was dry. The second one, tried at a lower temp with more time, same outcome. It’s not bad, just very average. I think I will just stick with buying a big bag of salmon filets and season it myself instead of buying this.

Easy and tasty
I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years and recently decided to try to add fish in my diet. This is the first fish preparation I’ve tried and actually can say I like. Nice mild fish taste with crisp flavor from the coating. I dump it in my air fryer and have a great meal in about 20 min.

Great tasting wild Salmon
Loved it! I’m fussy about Salmon and have tried frozen Salmon and I’ve not been happy, this had a really nice flavour and I’m always looking for wild caught, I don’t buy farmed and I don’t like that it gets it’s pink hue from the feed which comes natural in wild caught. We enjoyed this and will keep buying.

My Favorite Quick Meal
I'm so dissapointed that Target stopped carrying these. It's so flavorful and I love making it with either veggies or with avoado and some hot sauce on top. Only minus one star because I have come across one that was a little too fishy tasting but otherwise all good usually.
