This is a very versatile side dish and I use it with many meals. I also love how quick it is to heat up and serve. Cooking quinoa from scratch can be tricky and I can never seem to get it to the correct doneness, but these packets are always perfect. I would definitely recommend!

This can also be cooked in the skillet/stove top but I like to take the easy route (microwave). It was a perfect portion to split into 2 servings as a side. Very yummy. Would buy again!

Overall I had this with some lentils and did not like the taste. This is because its not neutral tasting enough to be used with a curry but its not flavorful enough to be had by itself. I would rather buy plain rice than this if I am eating it with an Indian curry.

I have replaced rice as a side with this quinoa for the most part of my meals. I usually eat it either with stir fried vegetable or with my chicken gravy items. Easy to make and hear it up, so perfect for those busy nights or days.

Just massage the bag a little bit to break up the rice, cut a 2 inch slit and microwave for 90 seconds. I really like how they chose the healthier grains for this. The brown rice and quinoa combination is tasty, and the sun dried tomatoes give it a delicious flavor. I like to top mine with chicken and eat it just like that. I would definitely recommend for a delicious and easy to make side.
