About the Author

Born and raised in South Korea, Haebin Sudo lives in London with her husband and three children. Having runcommercial businesses for the last decade, Haebin followed her dream of working with food, setting up Korean cooking school, Kimchi Club W5. Based in West London, Kimchi Club W5 offers small, hands-on Kimchi-making workshops and Korean cooking classes.
