I like the variety of homeopathic remedies that they offer for different ailments. I got to try Sepia, which helps with bloating and low back pain during menstruation. I found it was pretty effective in relieving my lower back cramping without any side effects. I really loved the dispensing cap that you turn and it dispenses the pills in the lid. The usual dose is 5, but they are very tiny pills. They dissolve under your tongue, have no flavor, but taste sweet. I have found it takes awhile for them to dissolve.
