I love these chairs. Beautiful and very sturdy. My only complaint is the assembly of the end chairs. The arms on the end chairs do not assemble together very well. Unfortunately, the heads on most of the screws strip very easy, so tight assembly was not possible for all chairs.
Sawdust in all the carvings

These chairs would be nice. But all the carvings are stuffed with the sawdust. The manufacturer was supposed to clean it out. We had purchased the Charmond chairs before, and they did not have this problem. At this point, I do not know which carpenting tool we need to buy to clear out the sawdust out of all the carvings. The brush did not help. We will need to contact someone who is in furniture making either for this service at an additional cost to us or for an advice.
Very disappointed in aAshley. Will not return.

I love my Charmond dining chairs, but dealing with Ashley's is the worse transaction I have ever had in my 84 years of living.'. No one knows what is going on. It took 9 months to get my chairs and I would call and they would give me a time, they never called me one time. Each time I called they would move it up and would never happen. It was a nightmare dealing with them and I will never ever go to that store again....
I need my other 7 chairs asap.

We were told this item is in stock and must be bought the same day to lock in the delivery date before new year. So we bought along with several other items few days before thanksgiving (2021). We got the table on time. One chair came (in the picture) in March 22. The rest of the chair are in space. Likely to be delivered in Sept 22. Really Ashley, you call this customer centric business ??
