A: Hi we received chairs with 2 horizontal rails one in back and front. Now I am trying ot match and wondering what I will get.

Q: Photos on the Target website feature chairs with a high front bracket between the legs. Our just-purchased chairs unexpectedly have two brackets (front and back). Why the difference?

A: We did not get the correct chairs either. Target support only offered to refund or send replacements but could not garuntee that we would get the correct chairs in the picture from the listing.

Q: The description says the overall height of this chair is 28 inches, yet it says the seat back is 14" and the distance from the floor to the seat is 19". Is the overall height 28 inches or 33 inches?

A: Overall height is 31”. To the top of the front of the seat is 19”, but it does bow down some into the seat.

I ordered a set in Nov 2023, got the ones shown in the listing. So far they are holding up well and very kid friendly. I ordered another pair in Feb 2024 and received ones with a front and back horizontal bar, they otherwise look the same. Since they don't match my existing ones I am sending them back for a replacement and hoping I get the correct ones second time around.

We ordered these chairs after my mom did and we tried them out. We got them and put them together and shortly after realized they were completely different than what the listing shows. The chairs we received have two horizontal bars (back and front) instead of just the one in the front. We then saw others have the same issue. After contacting support first through chat and then over the phone we quickly realized they were only reading through a script and could not offer any assistance in getting us the CORRECT chairs. Support offered a full refund or replacement chairs but could not garuntee that they would be the correct ones. We have since contacted the manufacturer and Target would be wise to do a quality control check making sure they are selling the item as correctly as listed.

If you’ve spent hours looking for nice quality comfortable chairs that don’t break the bank, stop looking, these are them! Originally was going to get the similar ones that are in store at target. Those are taller and more expensive. These are the perfect size! Also got them on sale (2 for $109). Assembly was so simple and took about 1 hour for all 6. Took about 1 hour to unbox all 3 boxes + 1 hour to break down the boxes so 3 hrs total.

Completely impressed with these chairs! I had 4 chairs for my table that one by one lost bolts, ripped, etc. The table is still holding up so I was in the market for some new chairs that were compatible. I decided to just get 2 and I couldn't be more pleased. I am not very DIY but managed to get both of them put together in about 40 minutes. There was a bit of a discount when I purchased them, which was a bonus. The value is outstanding for what you receive. I would highly recommend.

So happy with these chairs! While I love the look of wood chairs, they aren't comfortable and upholstered chairs are a pain to keep clean. I love the look of these and they are so comfortable through dinner, family game night, and hours of talking with friends. We have two kids, and milk from cereal regularly drips onto these and dirty hands regularly touch these and it is so easy to wipe right off with a damp paper towel. Some people have said that dents are left in the seats, and after about 6 months of use we do have some very small indentations but they are honestly hard to see and don't bother me at all. We bought 3 sets when they were on sale so that we have two others we can pull out when friends/family are over. Love them!

I liked that they were easy to assemble, they look really nice, and they’re very comfy to sit in at the dining room table, even for my 6’5” son-in-law. They shipped fast too. What I didn’t like? Nothing really. Well wait. The seat on one of the chairs was a bit “wrinkled” and I stressed that it would never smooth out and I’d need to return it. But no, it smoothed out within a day or so and is all good now.
