I live in FL. Package was returned to sender in Illinois? I would have NEVER got a refund had I not called the LOCAL store to give me the UNPUBLISHED customer service # and then waded through all of the menus in hopes of getting the correct service rep. Then all they could do was refund me (In 1-5 business days) Ordered. July 29. Refund Sept 8. DISSAPOINTED IN MY Experience. this is why I never order online.
