Worth it!
My mom is 97 yrs. old. She loves Shark Cartilage. She definitely feels the difference if she forgeys to take. It's really helped her joints. That's why I buy this product.

Used for years.
I've used this fine product for years to rebuild joint cartilage from minor injuries and age related "wear and tear". It has helped a great deal when combined with glucosamine for a gentle, digestible joint supplement.
