The hats are cute, simple to assemble and durable as you would expect for paper. I purchased two sets but only received the fin and teeth pieces for one set, hence the low rating.

Under the Sea Grad ParTea
These were the cutest! These made for an AMAZING “Under the Sea Kindergarten ParTea” for our merpeople. I did not however expect to piece them together. Shark fin, hat and shark “teeth” come in three separate pieces that stick together. All in all, they were an adorable conversation piece. Will recommend again and again.

No place to leave feedback on unacceptable delivery experience
Ordered these and they were thrown in a very large box with 20 other items with no packing materials. Included in my order was a large bottle of bubbles and ream of printer paper. These rolled around and crushed everything else inside. I reached out to leave feedback on unacceptable delivery experience but Target chat agent was unhelpful and just said to return everything back to a store... Keep in mind if ordering online. Packers don't care and Target obviously doesn't care to take feedback from customers to improve
