A: Yes, they absolutely can! I've used them on normal paper and so have my mom and brother. They're safe for almost any surface. If you're not sure, you can always research the material first.

A: I've used Sharpies many times for my art and it really depends on the quality of your paper/other surface material and how you color or mark it. Large sections do tend to bleed a little.

Sharpie will always be my number one marker.
I use the black sharpie for pretty much everything. I like the fine tip, I like that they do not weigh. I like the shape of them and the cap stays on and does not slip off the way that other products do.

A consistent classic
This classic sharpie does exactly what you would expect it to do. It is great for any sort of permanent marking. These markers are pretty consistent with their formula intend to last me through a year. There is some bleed-through so keep that in mind if you have something on the other side of the paper you’re writing on. In my opinion, this is the best tip size. It’s not super small or too large. But overall, it’s a very comfortable.

Best Permanent marker ever
These sharpies are a lifesaver! They are very durable and you can reuse them for days on end. They do tend to bleed through on thin paper but their dry time is very fast. They are great markers.

Go to black permanent marker
My niece loves drawing and the only black permanent marker pens she uses is Sharpies. I purchased this 12 pack for her to save and use through out her art class and they have lasted through months of drawing without fading or bleeding through like other pens. The fine point tip makes it easy for her to draw with precision. If you need a permanent marker to draw, or label, or use in everyday writing life, Sharpie is your go to. Color is bold and beautiful, what more could you ask for?

It has great skill in terms of making and drawing out lines and text. The storage of the package is well designed and best for putting in drawers. The tip of the marker is very sharp and useful for fine point. The key consistency of its durable fine point is very reliable for all types of paper.

Sharpies are fantastic!
I use black permanent Sharpies, fine tip in my classroom all of the time. They are great to trace drawings to give the color parts the pop they need. These dry fast, have low odor, and are easy to use.

My go to market. Black fine point sharpies offer great versatility for practically all projects. Rather its labeling items in storage or drawing pictures this marker works perfect. They are long lasting which help, not only are you getting a great product but you are maximizing the value. These multi packs are always my go to.
