Sharpie is great. Writes on almost everything (surfaces have to be dry) and stays. I've never had Sharpie wear off. I use them to date my food. Yes, I know the food often has a date but the date is often hard to find. I find it once and "Sharpie" it in large numbers somewhere on the item. If I freeze food, I always label the bag with the date it was cooked. Yes, it takes a little time, but much less time than wondering how long something has been in the freezer or whether my organic maple syrup is getting old. I love Sharpie and have used the product for years! Thanks Sharpie.
