New formula nothing like the old formula
Used the old formula for years and it was the only thing that helped my dry undereye area. New formula is nothing like it and should be marketed as an entirely different product. Very disappointed.

Way to greasy. Never had a problem with your products before. Used to use white Lucent anti dark circle eye cream. It was discontinued. So disappointing

Disappointed in the New Formulation
I have been using this product for over 15 years, from its first iteration as Wrinkle Resist 24 eye cream. It was then reformulated as Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream, and I continued to use it consistently. It was by far the best eye cream I had tried. Unfortunately, the new formulation stings the skin just outside the corner of my eyes, so there is no way I can use this any more. Why must cosmetic companies continually change products that their customers already love? So disappointing!
