So soft and luxurious! Exponentially better than a cotton ball.

The only cotton pads I'll use on my face. I've used them exclusively for fifteen years, still the best quality on the market.

Reviews are most likely based on those who bought it in the past. They somehow found a way to thin out these pads about 50% while increasing prices. I've been using this item since 2017 and I will not be repurchasing.

I used these for years until recently when Shiseido made them crappy! For some reason, they changed the lovely, soft, 'not too absorbing' pads for what seems like regular, cheap cotton wool material. Returned mine and NEVER buying again. Well done Shiseido, another customer lost!!!

I'll preface this review by saying that I never understood buying "high end" cotton round/facial cottons before these. I got these in a moment of desperation when I had completely ran out of my other cotton rounds and happened to see them on the shelf, and expected to regret the more expensive and luxurious purchase of such a basic item. Upon using them, however? My mind quickly changed! These are genuinely the best facial cottons I've ever used! They're SO soft, which one would think might make them peel or break apart on the face, but they're also strong and structured very well, so they hold together. The selling point, though, is that I can use substantially less toner than what I normally would, as these cottons don't absorb and "eat" the product like the drugstore variants, saving me so much product in the long run! Very pleased with this purchase, and will be buying them again!
