They are a bit on the tighter side, maybe consider sizing up or maybe they’ll stretch with wear. The cup is a bit difficult to get into the pocket as with other compression shorts. The cup is comfortable and provides good protection. It is the same size as most cups so its bulge is a bit visable. All in all it’s your basic cup and compression shorts. Definitely recommend.

They’re pretty comfortable for the first hour or so but then they do start to get uncomfortable like your typical cup.
