Growing up in the border-town of Laredo, Texas, our family enjoyed visiting Mexican snack shops on street corners around town. In search of the perfect blend of spice and tang, we’d often buy crunchy potato chips to make preparadas doused in hot sauce, lime juice, and topped with pickles. Other times, we’d snack on pickles and hot sauce to double down on the perfect flavor combo. Inspired by our memories of those tasty snacks, we created these Kettle Cooked Spicy Dill Pickle Potato Chips with thoughtfully selected ingredients so more people can enjoy.

These taste fine, bit the Dill Flavor is a disappointment. As in it is barely there. If you didn't know they were supposed to be a dill chip you wouldn't know any different. They are fairly spicy with relatively good flavor, it should just be called Spicy Kettle Cooked. The dill as a flavor is an afterthought.
