Overall good chair. The color of the leather is actually darker than what is pictured as is the metal. It appears black and is actually a dark brown. Some screw holes didn’t not line up exactly but I was still able to put everything together pretty easily.

The chair is comfortable and sized right however getting the last 6 screws in to attach the seating unit to the frame was difficult. We could not get the holes to line up easily and it definitely took two people to try to get this accomplished. One screw at the bottom just would not be tightened much or it would pop back up---like the washer had a defect. Since it is occasional use this might be ok. The price and the quality of the cushions were good.

The 2 new Peacemaker chairs look great! Quality construction at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable. Great quality. Well made. I bought 27 of them and they are serving us well.

We like the chair a lot, however, when we assembled the chair, we discovered that on one of the metal pieces that held up the back of the chair, 2 of the screw holes were not thread, so we could not screw it in.

Disappointed both chairs didn’t arrive together as scheduled and they don’t match exactly. One chair has a very overstuffed seat cushion while the other is less stuffed and softer. Also parts are missing on both chairs, screws in the back of one chair and feet on the bottom of the other.

I really like it but one of the cushions is damaged

Did a lot of searching for a sleek chair that was minimalist and comfortable. Finally landed on this Peacemaker chair that was within my budget and would match other elements in the room. The chair was easy to assemble and it looks *great*, but I was a little disappointed that the back cushion was too thick and firm to really allow me to sit back in it. I purchased to be able to read and write in it for long periods of time but found myself sitting too upright to be comfortable for that. Decided to replace the back cushion w/ a decorative pillow and I actually like it even more. I'm happy with this purchase! But wanted to give a heads up if you're on the taller side -- I'm 6'2"

Really nice, heavy chairs. A chair that is as invitIng as it is sturdy.
