My husband loves it he has been sleeping all Nite through before he was up all the time in the middle of the Nite

This mattress type is TOO soft for my preference, I am tossing and turning all night. Last night I slept on the floor. After night #2 I have been desperately trying to connect with Ashley Furniture to exchange. I called last week on Friday, this week on Monday, and email today (Wednesday). I am told Customer Care will call me back. Fingers crossed to exchange this mattress.

I have not had a good sleep yet! You guy supposed to deliver my box spring last week. Now you guys saying it’s coming this week!

The mattress has started to create a dip in the mattress causing pain in my lower back. Not even paid for and haven't had it long to be having this issues with both the king and queen mattress I bought

We’ve had it for a couple weeks now. It’s a really nice mattress and worth the cost. It’s hard to explain but the memory foam makes it firm yet still soft and comfortable at the same time. Great for a back or stomach sleeper. If you sleep on your side it might take a while to get use to. Overall a great mattress so far. Time will tell how it holds up

I think I would have to agree with the negative ratings and comments I’ve seen on here. For some reason it does feel different at the store versus when you take it home. I just got my mattress delivered Aug 20th and here it is the 21st and I couldn’t get comfortable because either my body felt as if it was sinking in, or bent a certain way. I too would also agree that the cooling advertisement is just another gimmick to get customers to purchase, that has issues with being hot at night. But to sum this up I thought this mattress was going to be more comfortable, if I knew then what I know now I would have went with something more firm.

I purchased this because of the cooling aspects it was supposed to have but after a couple weeks of use I can say that it is much hotter than the memory foam mattress I just got rid of. Disappointed in the lack of advertised cooling.

Would not recommend, defective and had to be discarded. Money was refunded. Body fell into large holes in mattress. Worst sleep ever.

The first matress they delivered was defective and with a bad smell, so this rating will be in part of that experience as well as the new one. Ashley did make things right with bringing a new matress, which has fluffed up so far. The first one would not rise on one side after 5 days of no interruptions. The second matress began inflating almost immediately and it has been 2 full days now. So far so good. The matress: 17"H...yessss... cooling technology...yesss... the color of the mattress overall....yesss.... Don't hesitate to get this one if you need the height, in which i needed to go along with my adjustable base. I love my bed now and i sleep.so much better!!! I mean wayyyy better....
