very tasty bagels! the seeded version is also very good. i like the consistency of these bagels just a bit more than regular bagels, i feel like they’re a tiny bit spongier. i will say that i’ve noticed sprouted grains do mold faster, and with this brand i’ve had it happen less than a week after purchase, so personally i freeze the bagels and when i’m ready to make one i just bake it for a little bit then toast it for about a minute or two. just as delicious!
