A: This push pump is compatible with gel soaps. Foam soaps will not work properly with it.

Simply great!
Received it in less than two days. Great job Target. Beautiful design and function. Yes its plastic but it looks high end and materials are nice quality. Comes with the caddy that easily detaches for draining, dispenser, and a bag of dish soap.

Plastic; really disappointed it's not glass
This seemed like the perfect dispenser - well made, stylish, with replacement parts you can purchase if needed. But... it's plastic! Way too expensive for something that's essentially a disposable material.

Best dispenser
3rd time purchasing because I left the old one at my dads and grandmas. This dispenser is that good. The “cute Marshall’s” one I’m using now is trash as it’s rusting.

Ordered again for the 2nd time after more than 3 years of satisfactory use of my last unit. The pump broke at hinge section of the pump plastic handle only. Nothing can match the ergo design and durability of it. ❤️ it!

Almost perfect
This push pump is SO much better than any I have ever had before. The wide mouth means you can avoid a mess when filling, it holds a lot of soap, and the pump is really easy to use. The sponge caddy is just right. The only downside is that it is VERY hard to open, at least when it is new. I had to get my SO to help, and he needed tools! I am hoping it will be easier next time...

Never Could Open
The top is unnecessarily difficult to open. After trying several times, contacting support, and viewing a simplehuman video on how to open, I couldn’t open it. Returning the pump.

Brands warranty is questionable
Product is nice and sturdy, but the pump stopped working after a while. My friend had purchased this for me because I liked the one she had at home. I tried to do a warranty claim since all simple human products come with a 10 year warranty. They have made it difficult to file a claim because I need to register the product and I need a receipt. The product is all acrylic and I don’t see a serial number. Pictures submitted, and they tell me they can’t assist me. Seems like they want to make it hard on their customers to file warranty.
