Adhesive doesn't last but 2 days
The system itself is amazing and very sturdy, but if you have walls that are not perfectly smooth you have to use adhesive stickers, and they only held for 2 days

EXACTLY THE RIGHT THING!!!
We have a tiny shower with 2 tiny shelves; enough for the shampoo and conditioner, BUT NOTHING ELSE! I tried to balance more on those tiny shelves, but there was always a loud clatter and sometimes breakage. This caddy fit the space perfectly and I can keep even more stuff in the shower than I can in my kitchen! I won't, but I can! THANK YOU!

Almost perfect!
This caddy rack is the perfect solution for our small shower stall with removable spray head…except that even at the smallest setting the bottom overlaps the escutcheon around the faucet handle, so I can’t attach the bottom to the wall in any way. Slightly worried about this putting all of the weight on the shower pipe. I should have measured… but actually sort of glad I didn’t because it’s otherwise such an improvement that I’d rather find and install a smaller escutcheon instead of returning the caddy.

Adjustable, Versatile!
I rely on Simplehuman for their design and build quality, and this shoulder caddy is no exception. I appreciated the ad specifically indicated this caddy works with a handheld shower (which I have). I love how adjustable it is, tailoring to bottle size. I love that all levels are within reach (I'm 5'6"). Sturdy, attractive, highly adjustable -- what's not to love?!?

Best Thing Ever
Buy this!! Best shower caddy hands down. Only complaint is that the shelves would still bang on the walls with movement. I had extra suction cups from prior caddy so placed them behind the shelves and now it’s perfect. For the price point, simple human should provide the suction cups or bumpers
