Reasonable price, wire and fittings cost more than the unit. Thermostat wire is inside the unit so cycles frequently. Fan is very quiet. Heat output is decent, takes the chill off the basement on cold days.

purchased this for my 250-square-foot workspace. I have been using it without any problems for about three weeks. Installing it wasn’t too difficult if you know the basics.

I got this as a back up heater for my shop when my gas furnace quit working. It arrived in two days and kept the shop comfortable for three weeks while I was waiting for the gas furnace parts to come in.

I bought a 20’ 250V extension chord and a 240v Nema-6R outlet adapter to fit my 240 AC wall outlet. I cut 5’ off both ends, and will use those for my welding machine. This provided me with a nice sturdy 10’ cable to use for this heater. My little home is 900sf and this BuiltHard machine heats it up quickly. Even on a freezing night we have to turn it to low or the house gets too warm for comfort. What a great product, better than advertised.

In a garage with only one car, I installed this heater. My garage turned into a cigar lounge because it takes about fifteen minutes to go from forty to seventy degrees. It’s very convenient with the remote control. For faster heating and temperature maintenance, I purchased the 10,000 btu. To move the warm air around the ceiling, I turn on a fan.

750 square foot garage with some insulation. The garage temperature is a comfortable 65 degrees, while the outside temperature is 15 degrees. Excellent for a 7500 watt heater that wasn’t always on. Quite silent when running.

This heater is excellent; I used it in a small music studio that is about 730 square feet.

Easy to install and works as described. Thermostat registers quick and turns off when it reaches the set temperature.

Even though we’ve only had this for a week, our workshop remains warm even when the outside temperature drops to 22 degrees. It remains between 68 and 70 degrees. A well-insulated metal garage. So far, I am happy!

It quickly heats up a two-car garage. In order for me to work and paint in the winter, I needed to add some heat. A 30 amp outlet that could be used for EV charging if necessary was added directly above the panel. A dryer cord whip was installed to make unplugging the heater simple in the event that it needs to be removed. suspended it from a beam strut. The only minor issue is that I’m not sure how accurate the thermostat is, but it’s always convenient to adjust with the remote.

It completely warms up my shop. Installing it wasn’t hard. Quite silent. Excellent value for the money.

Extremely pleased with this heater

This heater heats my three-car garage to a comfortable working temperature in coveralls, which I usually wear anyhow, even though it’s a little too large to heat to a house temperature.
