A disappointing purchase
I am thoroughly disappointed with this product. First, I think it is deceptive where one side seems capable to holding items. That is not the case at all. It is very shallow. Less than 1.25". It will crush anything that was pictured. I don't know what you reasonable store there. Next, the control panel does not operate well. Sometime the control panel does not respond and you have to kill power and start again.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. You are right that the compartment is quite shallow. It was originally designed for storing smaller items. We apologize for any inconvenience this design may have caused. Regarding the control panel becoming unresponsive, this is usually because the child lock has been activated. There is no need to unplug the unit. Simply press and hold the "Set" and "Up" buttons together for about 3 seconds to unlock it. We hope this clarification helps. Great purchase
I have this in the back of my Toyota 4Runner here in Florida, and so far it’s been doing an amazing job maintaining the temperature. I have it plugged into a Jackery power station that tracks wattage output, and it averages around 35w when set at 40 degrees on eco mode. I work outdoors out of my car, and this has been a total lifesaver—I honestly don’t know how I managed without it before! It also runs incredibly quietly!

It really really works well
I use this as a freezer in my semi-truck, and it holds a temperature of -8°F, even in hot conditions. If the truck gets extremely warm inside, it may rise to 3°F, but that’s still a solid freezer temp. Very satisfied!

This refrigerator is excellent! As a truck driver, I rely on it all week long, and it keeps everything cold while the freezer works perfectly. I love that the door can open from either side, and it comes with a car charger and a power cord for home use. Highly recommend it!
