A: Hello Roberta, Thank you for your inquiry. Please do know the cushion covers count with zippers as a closure method, however we do not recommend machine washing the covers. We love our new furniture. It was easy to assemble and looks just like the photos except the cushion color is darker in person. The cushions are comfortable and firm.

Order shipped quickly and we finally had time to put together the furniture today. Upon unboxing the furniture components (which all look as expected), we realized there were no instructions, no hardware to fasten the furniture components together, and no contact information to reach out to the manufacturer included. All that was included was a note to look carefully for the hardware parts, which could be zipped up in cushions, adhered to the backside of the components, etc. We searched thoroughly and could not find anything! We had to reach out to Target customer service instead who informed us that we would need to wait 5-7 business days just to hear back from the manufacturer. Let's see how long it actually takes to receive the hardware parts...
