Used to be the most afforable milk, so I was willing to compromise a few things like taste and the fast expiration date. Now that they have increased the price, its not worth it. Better check your local safeway for weekly deals or trader joes, which is now cheaper than target.

Gross and Rotten
Today is 5/4/2026. I purchased about 5 days ago and had not opened it yet. The expiration is not until 2 days from now. I opened it last night for my cereal and it smells disgusting. It was sealed, i drove it from the store to my house (7 minutes) and put in the fridge so it was never left out. Same thing has been happening with another brand from another XL chain store. AND this is more recent like in the last year it has been happening a lot.

I picked up 4 gallons of milk which are expired in 6 days. The expiration dates should be at least 10 days. I recommend, don’t bur perishable item from Target especially Drive up.
