Skip Hop Discoverosity Montessori-Inspired 3-Stage Activity Center and Play Table

Love this!! We’ve only had it for about a week now but it’s great! The quality is amazing and it’s super easy to put together. The toys keep my baby entertained and it’s so fun to watch her learn how to use each one!

My 4 month old loves this and I love that it allows him sit or stand if he likes. It also keeps him entertained for a long time at least 30mins allowing for parents to get something to eat or fold clothes, etc.

Disappointed and Concerned for Safety I bought this activity center for my 5-month-old daughter, hoping it would be a fun and safe place for her to explore. Unfortunately, we had a scary experience. One of the attached play items wasn’t as secure as expected—she managed to pull it and accidentally hit herself in the mouth. She cried for nearly 30 minutes, and it broke my heart to see her hurt from something that’s supposed to be safe. What really worries me is how easily it happened. For a product meant for babies this young, I expected much sturdier construction. Babies are curious and have unpredictable movements—this should be designed with that in mind. I can’t recommend this product until it’s improved for safety. Parents should feel confident their little ones can play without getting injured.

The piece looks very sturdy and well made. I like all the 4 attachable toys. However the lid of the storage try cannot be open. I am not needing it for now, but hope there's a way to figure that out.

The legs constantly fall off when we pick up the activity centre to move it to another location. It’s also very wobbly when our child is in it. I feel nervous about my child’s safety. This falls far below my expectations.

Got this for my 5 month old and he’s been loving it since!!! All the toys are super easy to clean, as well as the table itself. If baby has any blowouts the fabric is easy to take out to wash! Can’t recommend this activity table any more. The colors and the modern design is a super plus too !

3 stars because I do like how it looks but it feels wobbly and I feel like the ‘old version’ has better ‘toys.’ I feel like they should have toys that make more sound. I had the ‘old version’ for my son who is now 8 when he was a baby and I don’t remember it being wobbly at all. I don’t think I would purchase this again.

We were really excited for this table but unfortunately ours arrived missing the mountain climber toy.

I purchased this for my five-month-old daughter for Christmas and it is awful. While it does occupy her attention very well, the contraption itself is incredibly rickety and wobbles a lot that it is borderline unsafe for her to be in it. 0/10 recommend.

Unfortunately this is not Montessori or Montessori inspired. Montessori pedagogy discourages the use of “containers” such as these and opts for giving your child ample opportunities to explore how their body moves and works through floor time. Montessori does not solely mean natural and neutral colored toys, while they are encouraged in a prepared space that is not the only piece of the Montessori puzzle. Please please do some research if you are interested in the Montessori approach, as this is not necessary aligned!

Is baby supposed to be on tip toes or flat feet? Is there a height max?

I bought this after doing lots of research! I love this style because it can be used for years to come!

We had the older model for baby sister and some noticeable differences that I like are the Woden accents on the legs. They match with the wooden accents in the nursery furniture. I like that the new version is more square also! I like the new feature they added on the “foot panel” where you can store colors/markers into it once it is turned into a table instead of having the piano at the bottom. I like how you’re still able to attach the toys in what ever space you want and the added feature where you can put your own picture into the toy as well! I know the newest addition to the family will love this just as much as baby sister loved the last version!
